Meet Lorraine Johnson
Lorraine Johnson is a Certified Travel Specialist and the founder of Envision Group Travel, based in Nashville, Tennessee. She partners with coaches, consultants, and transformational leaders who are building premium retreats—and who understand that a powerful guest experience requires more than a beautiful destination.
Lorraine is redefining retreat travel as an operationally seamless, high-touch business tool: one that supports the host’s brand, protects the financial investment behind the retreat, and gives guests an experience that feels thoughtful from arrival through departure.
With more than eight years in travel, Lorraine brings the strategic perspective retreat hosts often need but rarely have in-house. She sees beyond the venue photographs and the initial proposal to the decisions that shape the retreat long before guests arrive: whether a destination truly supports the transformation being promised, whether a venue contract shifts too much risk to the host, whether payment deadlines are aligned with guest revenue, and whether every guest detail has been organized well enough to be honored in real time.
Her role is not to take over the host’s vision. It is to strengthen it.
While the host remains inside the Transformation Zone—leading the curriculum, the conversations, and the experience only she can create—Lorraine holds the Travel Zone: destination strategy, venue evaluation, contract negotiation, transportation, guest logistics, and, when needed, the live operations that allow the host to stay fully present with her group.
Lorraine also uses AI thoughtfully to make expert logistics, educational content, and premium client service more scalable—without losing the human judgment, discretion, and personal care that luxury retreat planning requires. The result is a partnership that is both highly organized and deeply personal: strategic enough to protect the business behind the retreat, and attentive enough to protect how every guest feels inside it.
